A two-floor workplace for a professional services firm, delivered in an occupied tower.

Night works, live risers, and a client who could not move twice. Lumen was a classic occupied-floor problem: we decanted in two stages, kept the base building happy, and still hit a Monday go-live. Focus rooms, a client suite and a working pantry — nothing decorative, everything used.
