A reformer and strength studio with acoustic isolation in a mixed-use building.

Mixed-use buildings punish bad acoustics. Kinetic sits over apartments, so isolation was the job. We treated the floor, boxed in services, and built a studio that can run 6am classes without a complaint. Reception and retail sit on Sydney Road.
