A neighbourhood wine bar with a kitchen insert and a restored shopfront.
Small room, high finish. Barrolo kept the original shopfront, added a kitchen that could actually plate, and a bar that could actually pour. Heritage overlays, a tight laneway for deliveries, and a client who cared about the tapware. We did too.
