Culture

A site culture you can feel on a Monday.

We hire people who tell the truth, take the work personally, and still want to have a beer at the end of a hard week.

Construction is already hard. We don’t add politics, hero culture, or radio silence. Directors still walk sites. PMs still pick up. Site managers still own the floor.

Diversity isn’t a poster in the lunchroom — it’s whether people can actually stay. We plan work so parents can parent, apprentices can learn, and nobody is the punchline.

What we expect

  • Show up. That’s the whole guarantee.
  • Say the awkward thing early, not in the defect list.
  • Look after the person next to you when the program gets ugly.
