The Marlowe

A two-level dining room and cellar bar, built live above an operating kitchen.

The Marlowe asked for a room that felt inevitable — heavy timber, a long zinc bar, and a cellar you actually want to walk into. We stripped the existing tenancy, rebuilt the structure for a double-height void, and sequenced the kitchen so the operator never lost a service. Joinery, services and FF&E landed as one package.
